New speed limits for Fen Ditton
Work to introduce new speed limits in Fen Ditton is due to start in November 2026.
A 20mph limit will cover High Street, Church Street, Green End, Ditton Lane, Blue Lion Close, Musgrave Way, Stanbury Close and Wrights Close, together with the first 345 metres of High Ditch Road from the Horningsea Road junction.
High Ditch Road will then have a 400-metre section at 30mph, followed by a 40mph limit extending to Newmarket Road.
The changes aim to make our roads safer for everyone, including people walking and cycling. Drivers should look out for the new signs as the scheme is introduced. Here is a link the the County Councils we site for more information.
